【#突發】醫管局向罷工員工致信流出

醫管局突向參與罷工的員工發信，信中明確表示不同意而且不允許員工罷工，並隱晦指出員工要承擔法律責任。全文如下：

“Dear Colleague,
I refer to your notice informing us that you intend to take part in a strike organized by the Hospital Authority Employees Alliance. You are scheduled to work on the dates/some of the dates as listed in your notice. HA does not support our staff participating in the strike as healthcare staff play a critical role to safeguard the health of people of Hong Kong. You are expected to report for duty according to your work schedule and please be informed that your taking part in the strike during your working hours is not agreed or consented to by HA and no permission is granted. If you wish to take part in the strike, you can only do so in compliance with the laws of Hong Kong.
HA is committed to the public for services to our patients. We therefore earnestly urge you to report for duty immediately. We should work together to combat the epidemic.

我參考了您的通知，告知我們您打算參加由醫管局員工陣線（HAEA）組織的罷工。您原被編排在您通知的日期／某些日期工作。醫護人員在維護香港人的健康中扮演著至關重要的角色，醫管局不支持我們的員工參加罷工。您被期望根據自己的工作時間表上班，我們並告知您，在工作時間參加罷工未得到醫管局的同意及未獲得許可。 如果您希望參加罷工，則只能遵守香港法律。
醫管局致力為市民提供服務。 因此，我們懇請您立即上班。 我們應該共同努力遏制這一流行病。
